La Buena Vibra Wellness Resort & Spa · Tepoztlán, Morelos

The practices

Rituals that
transform

Breathwork

Conscious breathing techniques that release accumulated emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring deep states of mental clarity and presence.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic practice that fuses breath and movement into a flowing sequence. Combined with Primal Moves and Animal Flow to rebuild strength, mobility, and essential agility.

Temazcal

An ancient Mesoamerican purification ceremony. Herbal steam detoxifies the body and opens a space for introspection and spiritual reconnection.

Ayurvedic Massage

Abhyanga and Shirodhara: therapeutic rituals from Indian medicine that stimulate circulation, balance the energetic system, and induce deep mental relaxation.

Ice Bath

Cold water immersion preceded by breathwork. Activates circulation, reduces inflammation, and strengthens mental resilience — stepping out of the comfort zone as practice.

Meditation

Mindfulness practice that trains the mind to live in the present, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace that extends far beyond the retreat.
